Change or Reset Your Password
If you need to update your password, there are two ways to do so. Follow the instructions below for each option at the links below :
Reset your password before logging into your account (if you've forgotten it).
Change Your Password From Your Account (if you're already logged in).
1. Reset Your Password Before Logging In
If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t access your account, here’s how to reset it.
Important Notes
Google SSO Users:
If you use Google SSO to log into Space Designer 3D, your email and password are managed by Google. You cannot reset your password through Space Designer 3D. Instead, visit your Google account and refer to Google Support for guidance on how to reset or change your password.Already Logged In?
If you’re already logged into your account and know your current password, follow the steps on Change Your Password From Your Account page.
Step 1 – Go to the Login Page
Visit spacedesigner3d.com and click the Log In button in the navigation menu.

Step 2 – Click "Forgot Password?"
Click Continue with your email.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Click the “Forgot your password?” link below the password field.

Tip: Make sure to enter the correct email address linked to your account. Otherwise, you won’t receive the reset email.
Step 3 – Check for Notifications
Once you’ve entered your email and submitted the request, a message will appear at the top right of the screen depending on the result:

Success Notification
If the email address is valid, you’ll see a message confirming that a reset link has been sent.
👉 Check your inbox (and spam folder).

Error Notification
If the email address isn’t recognized, you’ll see an error message. This means the email is either incorrect or not linked to an existing account.
👉 In this case, you can create a new account using that email by signing up here.
Step 4 – Open the Reset Email
Go to your inbox and look for an email with the subject “How to reset your password”.
Note: If the message isn’t in your main inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Tip: The sender address may include the name of the service or support. You can also search for the keyword “reset” in your email client.
Step 5 – Click the Reset Link
Click the link in the email to access the password reset page.

Step 6 – Create a New Password
Enter a new password that meets the following requirements:
At least 8 characters long
Contains at least 1 number
Confirm the password, then click Reset Password.

Tip: For better security, choose a unique password that you don’t use on other platforms.
Step 7 – Log In With Your New Password
Return to the login page, enter your email and new password, and click Log In.
You’re all set! You’ve successfully regained access to your account.
2. Change Your Password From Your Account
If you’re already logged in, you can change your password directly from your account settings.

Here’s how:
In the top-right corner of the interface, click on Account.
In the left-hand menu, make sure the Account tab is selected.
Scroll down to the Password section.
Fill in the three fields:
Current password: enter your current password.
New password: choose a new password that meets the following criteria:
at least 8 characters
includes at least 1 number
Confirm password: re-enter the new password to confirm it.
Click Update to save your new password.
3. Tips and Troubleshooting
Forgot Your Current Password?
If you don’t remember your current password, log out and follow the steps on the Reset Your Password Before Logging In page to reset it.
Password Doesn’t Meet Requirements?
Ensure your new password meets the following criteria:
At least 8 characters long
Includes at least 1 number
Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?
Double-check the email address you entered.
Look for the reset email in your spam or junk folder.

Error Message: Email Not Recognized
If you see an error message that the email is not found in our system, it means:
The email address is either incorrect or not associated with a Space Designer 3D account.
